Terms & Conditions

To make sure I can prepare properly, I’d appreciate it if you could send over some details about the work you’d like done before the job. Having this information in advance helps me bring the right tools, allow enough time, and avoid any surprises on the day. If it’s easier, you’re very welcome to send photos or a short list - whatever works best for you. In particular, it’s really helpful for me to know:

- Which plants, shrubs, or trees, etc., you’d like worked on (plant names if you know them, or descriptions/photos if not).

- Anything you don’t want touched.

- Any specific outcomes you have in mind (for example: tidying, reduction, removal, shaping, lawn work or clearance).

Further Info:

- If you require garden waste removal, please do let me know. I am registered for waste removal by The Environment Agency. The cost is £10 per 250 Litre bag.

- However, it is recommended that clients consider a dedicated compost area to make the most of garden waste and use that compost to improve soil health over time. This can be managed by me as part of your regular visits.

- If parking is restricted, a permit would be greatly appreciated. If parking needs to be paid for, this will be added to the final invoice.

- Please clear any dog/cat poo!

- Where possible, regular maintenance will be booked for the same day/time each week. If any changes need to be made, I will contact you with 24 hours’ notice.

- Payment is made by bank transfer, and an invoice will be sent to you after the work has been completed. I kindly ask that payment be made within 3 working days of this invoice. If you prefer to pay in cash, this must be paid on the day.

- If you require materials such as soil improver, grass seed, plants, bark, etc., that’s not a problem and can be arranged, but I do ask that clients pay for any materials over £50 up front.

Thank you for choosing me to be your gardener.
